- About Me:
- "Pursue my passion or bust"... This sort of sums up the way I seem to be living my life. I am a Seattle Native with a Master of Music degree in Percussion Performance and I have studied music in many locations around the globe, including Trinidad, where I studied the culture of steel pan, India, where I studied tabla, and Portugal. I grew up at ground zero of the nascent Seattle grunge scene, but my interests have always lay more with jazz and world music than rock.
I have had the opportunity to perform internationally in such places as Trinidad, Venezuela, Portugal, Chile, Mexico, Thailand, Holland, and Germany. I frequently perform outside of Washington State, from Los Angeles to New York and beyond.
I make my living as a performer (bandleader and side man), composer, and as a clinician and teacher, mostly in the areas of world music and jazz. I strive to combine his love of travel, culture, and language with my passion for music and technology. My vision is to bring the world together in a small way through music and technology.

Spring in Seattle?
Well, it sure doesn't feel like spring here in Seattle. The sun did shine a few times today though, so we should encourage it with some sunny musical celebration!
