Yep, a wife is a good thing! If it weren't for her I would definitely have less time to work independently. It seems to work well as a mutual reciprocal trade off.

I'd love to hear some of your personal work sometime soon. Will you be placing any on this site?

Please write back when you have a moment.

Regards,
Elliott

Hi Tamara,
thank you for your comment. I am right now on holidays but will listen to your music as soon as I get back.

Profile Information

About Me:
British-born singer living in Argentina for past 26 years. From singing trad jazz in English riverside haunts in the early 60's, interspersed with light opera & musicals, moved on to English teaching on foreign shores - Spain, Portugal & Sweden - before coming to rest in Argentina.

Although mainly doing jazz/blues/swing, I also research British & N.Am. folk music for educational purposes - teaching English through music can unleash much potential!

Presently working with a trio "So What!jazz" - our CD "SONGS FROM THE SILVER SCREEN", an independent production, has recently been released. Helping to promote independent artists -jazz or other - is an ongoing mission. Future plans include refloating the international jazz festival "Jazz en el Bosque" (Jazz in the Woods") which we founded and ran throughout the 90's, and to introduce some of the amazing Argentinian musicians to this site!
